Our fleet of fishing boats are based at Pyrmont adjoining the Sydney Fish Markets, the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and the third largest seafood market in terms of variety in the world, we are governed by the strict and rigorous polices of the Sydney Fish Market. The seafood we sell to the world is directly sourced from sustainably responsible fishermen and environmentally conscious farmers and is checked and assured for freshness and quality.
